Natwest Mortgages

The project

The Natwest Mortgages site was a key player in the bank's offering to their customers in 2016. The product was aimed at users who could be found at any stage of the mortgage process. Whether you were deciding on how to save for a deposit to signing an agreement in principle or final documents, Natwest was there for you.

I was lightly involved in the exploration and ideation phase carried out by an external agency, but my core involvement was bringing the project in house and developing a more structured product. Picking up research and testing findings, I built several high fidelity prototypes which helped validated the core propostion and user appetite.
