The project

The medicines platform on the newly created NHS Digital website was, together with the 'Conditions' section, the organisation's newest offering to the public. It was one of the first key content areas to go live after much demand from users to have medicines centralised in one place.

The core of my work was around defining and executing the global information architecture, designing and testing new content layouts and helping integrate all navigational components with the wider site. Testing was carried out once a week for 8 weeks, a full day's session in testing labs with the rest of the team.
